Hotarus/Hotero Kemou

This is my first drawing of Hotarus/Hotero Kemou. He’s a part of the Dark Zarhle Clan. He has a mysterious past to him and sees humanity as playthings. I’m still doing some more work on him in this form and his civilian/good form as Hotero.

He starts out evil and vindictive and cruel. But soon he grows an interest in Hotaru Tomoe and as Hotero, Hoterus tries to get closer to her as she’s Sailor Saturn.

I’m still working on some things about him like his  design and stuff like that and backstory and personality and abilities.

As Hotero he acts kind and benevolent and goodhearted. I sorta thought of Yugi from Tenchi in Tokyo when I made him. He's still a work in progress.
